ZACH Theatre Youth Programs

ZACH offers classes in acting, singing, and musical theatre that teach life skills through theatre training. Each class is a fun opportunity for students to learn how to express themselves creatively, build confidence, and celebrate collaboration. Please note, these classes focus on process over product. The semester ends with a demonstration where students perform for an invited audience of family and friends.

CLASSES

ZACH Theatre Broadway Kids: Moana

(5-7 years old)

What can we say, except “You’re Welcome!” Students will learn the basics of musical theatre while working on confidence, creativity, and collaboration! Students will engage in acting, movement and voice to work together and explore the wonderful story of Moana and it’s new sequel Moana II. Please note, these classes focus on process (the skills of acting and dancing) over product. The semester ends with a demonstration where students perform a selection of songs and dances from Moana in a rehearsal room for an invited audience. 

ZACH Theatre Musical Theatre: Pop Stars

(8-10 years old)

Become your own star in this group singing class! Students will learn the basics of musical theatre while working on confidence, creativity, and collaboration. Students will practice dancing, singing and acting exercises while working together to bring selections of their favorite pop songs to life. Please note, these classes focus on process (the skills of singing and dancing) over product. The semester ends with a demonstration where students perform a selection of songs and dances from their favorite pop artists for an invited audience. 

YouTube & TikTok Content Creation

(11-14 years old)

Don’t forget to like and subscribe! In this class, students will learn the basics of content creation for YouTube & TikTok. Students will work on their on-camera acting skills as well as generate orginal ideas for their own self-made virtual content. The semester ends with parents being invited into the classroom to watch short videos created by students in class.
